Global Talent & Corporate HR Generalist

LUFKIN INDUSTRIES is seeking an HR Generalist for Corporate & Global Talent to support our corporate employees and lead global talent programs. This hands-on role partners with HR colleagues and leaders worldwide, owning performance management, engagement, talent reviews, and related systems. The role is based in Missouri City, TX, with a mix of in-office and hybrid flexibility, and occasional travel.
