Job Description

Following are the Key Responsibilities of the role and prior experience in similar roles will be preferred:

• Lead brainstorming sessions to gather/understand requirements
• Perform high-level systems impact analysis for new initiatives
• Implement prototype and/or verify concepts
• Deliver Scalable, High-Quality, End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, and multi-functional teams
• Create High-level and Low-level design artifacts
• Document functional and technical user stories
• Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing
• Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams

• Spring Boot No 2-5 Years Is Required
• Communication Skills No 2-5 Years Is Required
• AWS No 2-5 Years Is Required
• Contact Centre Technology (CCTech) Yes At least 1 year Nice To Have
• Distributed Systems No 2-5 Years Is Required
• CRM - Service Management No 2-5 Years Is Required
