Employee Benefits Producer
Location: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach FL
Overview

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and close new middle-market Employee Benefits accounts (75 – 1000 lives ).
Consult with executives on cost containment, compliance, plan design, and wellness strategies.
Partner with internal account management and marketing teams to drive long-term client retention.
