Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models. * Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. * Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. * Maintain accurate records of production data and machine settings. * Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus. * Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role. * Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes. * Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. You should be proficient in: * CNC Programming * G-Code * Tape Measure Reading * CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machines & technologies you'll use: * CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) * CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) * CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) * CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
