Project Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor | Repairs & Maintenance | Permanent Project Quantity Surveyor required for an established property maintenance contractor delivering a long-term social housing contract in Winchester. With a new contract mobilising, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team from day one and play a key role in the successful delivery of responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance works. Job Description Managing the commercial delivery of a responsive repairs and maintenance contract across Winchester, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Producing accurate CVRs, cost forecasts, valuations and commercial reports to maintain financial control across multiple workstreams. Procuring and managing subcontractors, including payment applications, variations, contract administration and final accounts. Working closely with operational teams, supervisors and contract management to identify commercial risks and maximise contract performance. Supporting the successful mobilisation and ongoing delivery of repairs, voids, planned maintenance and bespoke project works across the Winchester contract. Skills / Qualifications Experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor with previous experience working within repairs & maintenance, property services or social housing. Strong understanding of Schedule of Rates (SOR), subcontractor management, cost reporting, CVRs and commercial forecasting. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within responsive repairs, voids or planned maintenance contracts. Commercially Astute with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across operational and commercial teams. Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel asrequired.
