About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investor Services Assistant Vice President to lead and manage a select number of client relationships, ensuring superior service delivery in a dynamic financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client portfolios, processing investor activities with precision, and maintaining compliance with AML regulations and performance fee calculation standards. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with fund stakeholders, collaborating with external auditors, and working closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to AML procedures. The Assistant Vice President will also be involved in defining and managing projects to enhance processes and improve product offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Investor Services role within a Hedge Fund Administrator, with at least 2 years' of management experience. A Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with a focus on accountancy or finance, is required. Proficiency in AML regulations and compliance procedures is essential, and experience with specific industry tools is advantageous. The role demands strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage client-specific requests, and a solid understanding of fund structures, investment strategies, and performance fee calculations. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial statement preparation and have a proven track record of collaboration with auditors.
