Competitive pay: $18–$20 per hour $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked Flexible schedules: Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend opportunities Additional bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts Meaningful work: Help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life What You’ll Do Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Offer companionship and meaningful engagement Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help with shopping, errands, and appointments as needed Assist with mobility, transfers, and incontinence care Support clients living with dementia and follow individualized care needs Promote clients’ safety, comfort, and independence in their homes Qualifications We’re looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to providing quality care. Requirements include: Must be at least 18 years old At least 1 year of caregiving experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain it with our guidance Current TB test or clear chest X-ray Fingerprint clearance through Live Scan Required vaccination status or an applicable exemption, in accordance with company policy Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for client assignments, as needed Ready to Join Our Team?
