Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provides specialized nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting, ensuring quality patient outcomes through effective assessment and intervention. Responsibilities: Assess patients' condition upon admission and throughout their stay. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols. Monitor vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Valid RN license to practice in Colorado. At least two years of relevant Medical Surgical nursing experience. Specialty certification relevant to Medical Surgical nursing preferred. BLS certification required upon hire.
