A Day in the Life Lead and manage teams of more than 75 employees across multiple automotive repair stores. Supervise daily operations, translate executive processes into store‑level tasks, recruit, train, and direct staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage daily operations for multiple retail automotive repair stores. Translate executive and operational processes into tangible responsibilities and tasks at the store level. Recruit, train, and direct employees to provide exceptional customer service. Motivate teams, delegate tasks, and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications 3+ years of extraordinary management experience. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
