Foot & Ankle Sales Representative - Albuquerque, NM

Stryker seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative for the Albuquerque area to sell orthopedic products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The field-based role requires developing clinical expertise, managing inventory, and building relationships with hospital partners while operating in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell foot and ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
• Serve as product expert and trusted advisor on Stryker offerings and competitive solutions
• Manage and maintain product inventory with readiness for customer consultations
• Provide training and guidance on products and surgical tools during OR consultations
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales control systems
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Office suite and databases
• Comfort working in operating room and emergency department environments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital teams
• Compliance with AdvaMed principles and federal healthcare regulations

Compensation: 100% commission with eligible bonuses and benefits
