This will be an on-site role based out of our Kent, WA manufacturing facility.We are growing and there has never been a more exciting time to join us!What would you do as our Maintenance Technician?You will make sure that all plant equipment is maintained and in good operating condition to minimize downtime, optimize production, and ensure that it's a safe working environment for everyone.You would also:Perform required maintenance and repair on all machinery and equipment as well as building structureRepair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and perform planned maintenance of all mechanical aspects of plant, office, machinery and equipmentAdjust and repair clutches, brakes, lubricating systems, paint systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumpsInstall new equipment as needed, ensuring it is production ready and meets all safety guidelinesPerform basic electrical workActively work and participate on safety and improvement projectsBe able to provide after-hours support and guidance to the maintenance and engineering teams.Perform special assignments and projects as assignedActively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employeesAssure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of ConductThe Skills and Experience you need:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Completion of a Technical School program and/or a certification of an Industrial Maintenance program preferred3+ years previous industrial maintenance experience requiredPrevious experience or working knowledge of CNC punching machines, lasers, forming presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.Ability to troubleshoot PLC programming with RS logic controlPrevious experience/exposure to reading schematics and drawings. Specifically, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulicAbility to understand mechanical concepts and reason out solutions to problemsPrevious experience using a work order systemExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and handle tasks with competing prioritiesPay rate is $32.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience.What we offer!
