Shift Manager Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Employment is offered by an independent franchisee.
