Remote (US preferred) Full-time $70,000 – $110,000 / yrAbout the RoleAs an Account Manager at Mektra, you will be the primary relationship owner for our active client base. You will ensure projects stay on track, surface expansion opportunities, and turn satisfied clients into long-term partners and referral sources. This role bridges sales and delivery, making sure clients get maximum value from their investment.ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accountsConduct regular check-ins to review project progress and gather feedbackIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsCoordinate with the development team to manage scope, timelines, and deliverablesDrive client retention and reduce churn through proactive relationship managementGenerate referrals and case study content from satisfied clientsQualifications3+ years of account management or client success experienceExperience working with SMBs in a services or software environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable using project management and CRM toolsNice to HaveBackground in software development, web design, or digital marketingExperience managing accounts in industries like real estate, home services, or professional servicesFamiliarity with agile project management methodologiesTrack record of driving net revenue retention above 100%J-18808-Ljbffr
