Accounting Clerk

LHH Recruitment solutions is assisting a company in the west suburbs with a temporary accounting clerk role. This role is onsite and will support the company with accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
Update customer information to ensure correct billing
Ensure customer ordersare accurate
Follow up with customers regarding accounts and orders
Communicate with customers and internal employees to resolve discrepancies
Review customer contracts
Required:
Prior experience in accounting preferably accounts receivable
Must be very details and accurate
Ability to manage deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Pay: $21-$26/hour
Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
