Role: Customer Relations Development Manager Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations
Recruit and develop team members
Set goals and performance expectations
Review performance metrics and productivity reports
Provide coaching and mentorship
Promote a positive work environment
Assist with territory planning and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading teams in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or field operations
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and organized
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
