Business Development Representative (BDR) Ready to build a sales career? We never compete with our partners for their customers — we power them. Our stack spans white-label voice on a carrier-grade network, our ViiBE billing platform, and AI Voice Agents. We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing outbound team. This is a high-energy, phone-first role for someone who genuinely likes to call and loves starting conversations. What you'll do You'll own the top of our funnel — cold calling and cold emailing prospective partners (MSPs, IT consultants, MSSPs, ISPs, and telecom resellers) to start conversations and book qualified meetings for our sales team. Day to day, that means: Making a high volume of cold calls to open conversations and book meetings. Writing and sending personalized cold emails and multi-touch sequences that earn replies. Booking qualified discovery calls and handing them off cleanly to the sales team. Building and maintaining targeted prospect lists in HubSpot and keeping your pipeline clean. Iterating on your scripts and sequences based on what's actually converting. Using buyer-intent data (Warmly) to prioritize the warmest accounts first. What we're looking for 6+ months in a customer-facing role. Comfort and confidence on the phone — you reach for the phone, not away from it. Experience with a CRM (HubSpot a plus) and outbound tools. Strong written and verbal communication, and the discipline to follow up every time. Great time management and the self-drive to sustain high daily volume. Bonus points for: prior BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience; telecom, VoIP, UCaaS, or MSP-channel background; and familiarity with buyer-intent or AI-assisted prospecting tools.
