Location: Oregon, USA Start Date: Immediate Duration: 9 months (with potential extension) Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Position Overview In EOSOL we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of a utility-scale solar project in Oregon. The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall on-site coordination, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, field presence, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities for the solar project. Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure proper execution. Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance metrics. Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact on site for the client and stakeholders. Coordinate with Project Managers and engineering teams.
