Chief of Staff / Operations Lead

A client with Kforce is seeking a Chief of Staff/Operations Lead to join their team onsite in Florida to support department leadership and drive operational excellence across a variety of initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and projects remain on track. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing day-to-day operational and administrative support
• Act as a liaison between department leaders, business stakeholders, and internal teams
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are met
• Plan and execute department-wide events, leadership meetings, strategy conferences, and special initiatives
• Receive and prioritize requests from organizational leaders and ensure appropriate follow-through
• Facilitate communication, track action items, and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Support operational planning, resource coordination, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with strategic initiatives by gathering information, coordinating activities, and driving project execution
• Help identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
• 3-7 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar business operations role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management teams
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Experience coordinating large meetings, leadership events, or conferences
• Familiarity with project management tools and operational reporting
