Our client, a leader in the hospitality and marketing technology industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Technology & Enablement department supporting innovative AI pilot initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: McLean, VA or Dallas, TX (hybrid 3x a week)

Pay Range: $50.38/hr.

Shift: M-F, business hours

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and manage multiple AI pilot workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and decision points are tracked effectively.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and storytelling materials that translate AI activities into clear business impacts.
• Gather updates from workstream owners and produce concise summaries, status reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Track pilot goals, milestones, performance measures, issues, and risks to ensure project success.
• Synthesize insights and trends across pilots to inform scaling and adoption strategies, fostering alignment across teams.

What's Needed?

• Significant experience in program or project management, marketing operations, consulting, or communications roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation programs, or complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong presentation development and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft polished executive materials from rough inputs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or similar.
