Float CT Technologist 10K Sign on Bonus

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Float CT Technologist to join our team. In this role you will operate assigned scanner(s) to produce diagnostic images of the patient’s body, provide CT services within professional standards, and maintain excellent customer service. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week). Shifts are 4‑10 or 5‑8. The role is a float position between our Renton and Issaquah centers and is eligible for a float differential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(90%) Patient CT Imaging Screens patients before exam for precautions or contradictions, using two identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure. Explains and prepares patients for scanning procedures, including positioning and procedural details. Performs routine and advanced scanning imaging procedures with minimal supervision, providing patient support throughout the process. Adjusts scanning parameters and utilizes dose‑reduction techniques as needed. Follows physicians’ orders precisely, conforms to safety regulations, and maintains patient records in the Radiology Information System (RIS). Maintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements. Maintains an orderly and clean work area, promoting safety for patients and coworkers. (5%) CT/Imaging Department Support Assists with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades. Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary. Assists with training new team members, providing technical expertise as applicable. (5%) Completes other tasks as assigned Required High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an AMA‑approved school of radiography. ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing. Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state, if required. Current CPR certification. Sufficient training and experience to perform CT procedures independently. Certification in imaging specialty. Preferred Bilingual.
