Your responsibilities:

- Execute the swift, accurate, and high-volume loading and unloading of diverse materials, boxes, and packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers.
- Safely and efficiently utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move inventory to ensure optimal dock flow.
- Verify the integrity of inbound and outbound shipments, noting any discrepancies, and ensuring all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
- Proactively uphold all warehouse safety protocols and strictly follow proper lifting and maneuvering techniques to prevent injury.
- Quickly integrate into various operational teams and adapt to different inventory management methods utilized by our clients.

All team members must report to work in clean, damage-free clothing, including sleeved tops and intact pants without any rips or holes . Apparel must be free from profane or suggestive text and imagery to maintain a respectful environment . For safety in the warehouse, wearing closed-toe, non-slip shoes is strictly mandatory at all times .
