Clinical Laboratory Associate II (WED- SAT MN Shift 9pm-7:30am PT)

Clinical Laboratory Associate II supporting daily operations and patient testing at a precision oncology diagnostics company. The role involves sample processing, equipment maintenance, documentation, and potential team leadership on a night shift schedule (Wednesday-Saturday, 9pm-7:30am PT).

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare patient samples including collection, labeling, handling, and storage under supervision
• Assist Clinical Laboratory Scientists with automated sample testing and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain laboratory equipment, schedule calibrations, monitor temperatures, and perform routine cleaning
• Create sample batches, prepare reagents, order supplies, and manage laboratory records and filing
• Lead CLA team coordination, identify process improvements, and support audits and inspections

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Biomedical Laboratory Science or related field preferred
• One year clinical laboratory experience at high complexity/volume facilities preferred
• Strong computing skills and proficient documentation practices
• Advanced knowledge of reagent stability, storage, quality control, and test result factors
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to prioritize quality and time management
• Independent task execution with collaborative team approach and effective communication skills
• Ability to evaluate and leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly per company policies
