She Recruits is partnering with a well-established 300+ bed hospital near Manhattan seeking a Full-Time Nocturnist due to program expansion.

This is a highly desirable straight-nights opportunity offering schedule stability, a closed ICU model, and a manageable workload.

Compensation


Base salary by experience:

• 0-2 years: $270,000
• 3-5 years: $280,000
• 6-9 years: $290,000
• 10+ years: Higher tier (contact for details)

Ideal Candidate
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
