Individuals who do not receive the influenza vaccination due to an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask during the influenza season. The mask must cover both nose and mouth when present in facilities. Masking will begin on November 1 and continue through March 31, unless data from the community indicates a later flu season. Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required. Travelers must submit a completed facility-specific exemption form. Approval must be obtained to confirm the requirement. The rehabilitation facility is a 50-bed hospital providing care for patients recovering from various conditions. Amenities include all private rooms and an interdisciplinary gym. There is a transitional living apartment designed to simulate a residential apartment. Additional features include a chapel, therapy kitchen, and laundry simulation. The facility is dedicated to specialized programs for neurology, stroke, brain injury, and amputation recovery. Day rooms are available for patients and families. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable television are accessible in patient rooms. This position is newly created or expanded due to service line needs.
