PECVD Solar Cell Process Engineer — GW-Scale Production

Starlink

SpaceX is seeking a PECVD Process Engineer to lead development, optimization, and scaling of PECVD processes for high‑efficiency silicon solar cells used in Starlink satellites and Starship missions. You will own process development, tool qualification, and DOE-driven improvements across a greenfield solar cell production line. You will collaborate with CVD Equipment Engineering, manage chamber conditioning, and push for uptime, yield, and cost improvements in a fast-paced, space‑focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Starlink
