ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kari Taylor State Farm is searching for an added team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As one of our Account Representatives, you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You will be a part of a high-performing teams who works together to meet goals and holds each other to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent and team to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to processes and tasks.
• Work alongside our agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer through solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
