Requirements & Physical Demands:

• Must pass an extensive background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License.
• Must live in Bakersfield, CA.
• Must be 25 years or older (for auto insurance purposes) with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 100+ lbs independently.
• Ability to work consecutive 24hr on call shifts.
• Available to work night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures with little supervision.
• Maintains professional appearance and disposition at all times.
• Have a functioning smartphone, for dispatch/navigation/data entry, must be organized.
• Able to deal with grieving families.
