About the Position

As a B2B Sales Consultant , you'll develop new business relationships with small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory.

This is a field-based sales position that involves prospecting, networking, face-to-face meetings, presenting supplemental insurance benefits, and building long-term relationships with business owners and employees.

If you're comfortable striking up conversations with strangers, managing multiple priorities, solving problems on the fly, and staying positive during a busy shift, you may already have a strong foundation for success.

You'll receive training, mentorship, and established sales systems to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this new career.

You'll educate business owners and employees about supplemental insurance benefits designed to provide additional financial protection.

Your role is to build relationships, understand client needs, explain available benefits, and help businesses explore coverage options for their employees.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation with monthly bonuses. Typical first-year earnings for successful producers are approximately 65,000–80,000, depending on individual sales performance.

Your earning potential is tied to your production, consistency, and ability to develop new business.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Network and build relationships with local business owners
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings
• Present supplemental insurance products and explain available benefits
• Develop new accounts and expand your territory's market presence
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
• Work toward established production goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Hotel front-desk staff, hospitality managers, and guest-services professionals
• Event coordinators and customer-service representatives
• Retail associates and other customer-facing professionals
• Sales, networking, or business development
• Experience handling customer concerns and building repeat business

Sales and insurance experience are helpful but not required. We provide training and ongoing support for individuals who are motivated to learn and willing to put in the work.
