Data Entry Associate

Description Process routine incoming Enrollment and account-related forms by reviewing documentation and accurately entering information into designated systems. Assist with standard participant account updates, including enrollments, renewals, terminations, address changes, and other routine maintenance transactions. Review and update Customer Identification Program (CIP) documentation as directed. Support account closure and account transfer processing by following established procedures. Process manual client renewals and other repetitive administrative tasks during peak enrollment periods. Move, organize, and maintain electronic documents within established network folder structures and systems. Perform documented quality checks to confirm data accuracy and completeness before completing assigned work. Communicate status updates and processing confirmations to internal teams or participants using approved templates and procedures. Support Enrollment and Partner Integration / EDI teams with additional routine administrative and data-entry tasks as assigned. Follow documented procedures and elevate incomplete documentation, exceptions, discrepancies, or work outside the assigned scope to a trained Enrollment or Partner Integration / EDI team member. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
