Position: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description:

This position involves providing home health occupational therapy services to clients in various locations. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patients, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering personalized therapy to improve patients' abilities in daily living and working skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to patients.
May visit up to 6 patients per day, ensuring high productivity standards are met.
Maintain timely communication and documentation throughout patient care.
Utilize provided documentation tools, ensuring they are returned after use.
Travel between patient locations with a maximum radius of 50+ miles.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required.
Current California Occupational Therapist license is mandatory.
BLS certification is required.
Candidate must have their own transportation.

Additional Information:

Orientation and training on documentation systems will be provided.
Free parking is available at all locations.
Flexible weekend schedules to accommodate additional patient visits.
