Assistant/EFDA Needed for Airway-Focused Restorative Dental Practice

Our office is a wellness-centered, airway-focused restorative dental practice that is focused on individualized patient care and making sure that our team members feel educated and supported! Our team has excellent chemistry and is looking for the right fit to help us keep up with the demand for our services.
We are a truly unique dental practice that is focused on the patient's overall health! We take our time to thoughtfully plan out our treatment recommendations and work with an extensive network of local and national specialists to make sure our patients get the top-level care that they deserve. We really value all of our patients and all of our team members and do our best to create a work environment that supports our patients' health AND work-life balance for our team.
Experience is preferred, but not required! The right fit is a much bigger deal for us. If you have the right attitude and the willingness to learn, we will be happy to train you to the level that you desire. Quality of care is highly-valued here, so we are fairly particular about the way we do things. We strive to provide excellent results through inentional planning and execution in a caring, supportive environment.

Pay

• Basic life support
• Eaglesoft

Attitude is valued more than experience. We feel comfortable training the skills as long as you have a coachable attitude.
Experience with EagleSoft is a plus, but not required.

Normal paid vacations. We take a week off each quarter, and prefer that you align your vacation schedule with that, but are very flexible with that. When we take a week off, we add days to the weeks that we are working so your hours won't be cut in that month.

Jobley Bonus: $45 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Typical schedule is Tuesday 8a-5p, Wednesday 8a-5p and Thursday 7a-2p. Need flexibility for big cases as they come up, so some Mondays and Fridays will be asked of you, but with ample (at least 2 weeks) of lead notice.
