Senior Fabricator

At Jered LLC, a PAR Systems Company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, Senior Fabricators are the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. We are expanding our Welding Fabrication Team and looking for highly skilled professionals who bring precision, pride, and deep technical expertise to their craft. In this role, you'll apply advanced welding techniques, including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW, to fabricate mission‑critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards. Whether fitting intricate assemblies or mentoring junior fabricators, your craftsmanship directly supports the performance and reliability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners. Responsibilities As a Senior Fabricator, you will fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques. You will maintain certification across multiple weld processes, troubleshoot equipment, interpret complex drawings, and mentor junior fabricators. Success means hitting production goals without sacrificing quality and building a team culture rooted in learning and craftsmanship.
