LPN – Long-Term Care

Schedule

12-night shifts, 3 days per week, with overtime for hours over 40. Weekends, holidays, and floating duties required as needed.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 36 weekly Contract length: 13 weeks

Requirements

Valid LPN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous travel experience required
Submit work history and skills checklist
Provide two professional references

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents
Assist in maintaining the quality of life for residents
Perform assessments and follow care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members
