Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in an assisted living community. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community and or Home visits
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
Job Type: PRN
PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they wish to accept. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control of your schedule.
