Qualifications:

Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years in property management or real estate.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar).
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar certification.
Experience with commercial property management.
Familiarity with tax regulations related to real estate.
