Now Hiring: Business Development Agent / Automotive Sales Trainee

Are you motivated, energetic, and looking for an opportunity to build a career in automotive sales? We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Business Development Agent with a direct growth path into Automotive Sales.

No automotive experience required we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Contact leads and customers by phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with internet and dealership inquiries
• Learn the automotive sales process
• Transition into a full Automotive Sales Agent role as you develop

Training Pay Structure:

• $15/hour base pay
• $25 bonus for every appointment that shows
• Additional $10 bonus when your appointment results in a vehicle sale

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable talking with customers
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
