Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering design and project delivery for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing projects from planning through construction support.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and delivery of utility-scale solar and energy projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee permitting, plan processing, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and project invoices.
• Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
• Mentor engineering staff and oversee project workflows.
• Monitor project financial performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
