We're looking for talented Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join our teams in South Carolina and Georgia, with an annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000. As an AGM, you'll support the Restaurant General Manager by helping lead daily operations, scheduling team members, managing inventory and ordering, and training and developing the crew. What you'll do:

• Ensure smooth shift execution and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
• Manage labor and food costs to support strong financial performance
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serve as the RGM's right-hand leader and step in when they're away
