Patient Care Associate - Full Time - Nights (Med/Surg/Vents)

Responsibilities Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, provides basic care to acutely ill patients. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Performs EKGs and venipuncture as directed by the Registered Nurse. Qualifications Effective January 2019, St. Joseph’s Health requires certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be granted through the American Heart Association.
