What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer service calls, assisting with billing questions, payments, and account updates
• Review and interpret images to accurately identify license plate information
• Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Update and maintain customer accounts and records
• Assist customers with payments, disputes, and account resolution
• Educate customers on cost-saving options and services
• Support resolution of outstanding balances and related inquiries
