Job Description

Are you an accomplished sales professional, business leader, or entrepreneur ready to build something of your own?

The Farmers Insurance Rappa District Office is seeking a driven professional to develop and operate an insurance agency serving Augusta and the surrounding community. This opportunity combines business ownership with structured mentorship, financial incentives, and ongoing sales and operational support.

This is an agency ownership opportunity not a traditional salaried sales position.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Develop and execute strategies for new-business growth
Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions based on client needs
Build lasting client relationships and support account retention
Establish and work toward production and revenue goals
Recruit, coach, and lead producers as the agency grows
Develop relationships with local businesses and referral partners

Requirements

Who Were Looking For

Proven performers in sales, business development, leadership, or client-facing roles
Competitive, coachable professionals with strong closing and follow-up skills
Leaders who are comfortable being accountable for business results
Strong communicators and relationship builders
Candidates with Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or a willingness to obtain them
