IT Support Specialist (Junior)Hypori, Inc. is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company transforming how organizations think about secure mobility. Our virtual workspace platform enables users to access enterprise apps and data from any mobile device—with zero data on the endpoint and total personal privacy. Hypori is expanding into new commercial and regulated markets.The IT Support Specialist (Junior) will provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for Hypori, Inc. employees, keeping laptops, accounts, peripherals, and office technology running smoothly. Working onsite in our Austin office under the direction of the IT System Administrator, this role resolves day-to-day technical issues and assists with routine administration of our corporate IT systems. This is a junior-level technical position for someone with 1–2 years of experience, offering professional growth while ensuring that our corporate enterprise empowers our employees to work effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities:Support processes and systems for asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and subscription servicesSupport IT projects to completion with direction from the IT System AdministratorSupports issuing new computer hardware and disposition of end-of-life equipmentSupports employees through the Jira and Confluence system for problem resolution, documenting tickets and contributing to knowledge base articlesSupports IT requirements through direct employee and guest support within the physical office locationSupport conference room and video teleconference setup and troubleshooting as requiredPerform other related duties as required and identified in goals set by the CSOQualifications:1–2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support role.Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS hardware and software; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, NinjaOne, etc.).Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong English communication skills: the ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical usersExperience with a standardized ticketing system and documenting work tickets is preferredCompTIA A+ Certification is requiredAbility to lift and move computer equipment up to 40 lbsCompensation: The anticipated base salary for this position is $65,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Position of Trust: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a personal security investigation and must be a US citizen.Preferred Attributes:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong, friendly, and patient customer service demeanor is requiredMust be able to work as a member of a highly skilled and professional team and to interact at all levels within the organizationHypori Inc. provides a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, and life and disability packages.
