Digital Collections Representative - Downtown Chicago Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for our newly created department in our downtown Chicago office. Position Details This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-Office Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You’ll Do Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts Communicate with clients to resolve collections accounts Respond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email Qualifications Prior law firm experience. Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
