• 6+ years of experience in ad agency and/or in-house concepting and copywriting ideas for brand and product.\n\t• Strong social background required—demonstrated ability to write for platform-native formats and audiences across multiple platforms.\n\t• A portfolio showing humor and wit, plus the ability to create engaging content grounded in real product/brand subject matter.\n\t• Proven ability to turn complex ideas into copy that’s clear, compelling, and entertaining.\n\t• Hybrid work model—New York Metro Area preferred; Los Angeles also acceptable.

They embody a creator mindset—willing and eager to move fast from inspiration to execution, quickly iterate based on feedback, and are comfortable working across many projects at once on a fluid schedule. They are able to deliver work that can convey complex technical concepts as well as simple, consumer-focused ideas. They should also be able to see and understand their work as a part of the larger story of the brand, quickly getting up to speed with our personality, tone of voice, and translating that into work that engages and resonates with a wide audience. \n\nRequired Skills\n\t• Adept social creative, with a demonstrated ability to create a wide range of social first content—from funny, quick-hit videos to in-depth, engaging product updates.\n\t• Strategic thinker, who can surface insights and opportunities from social trends, cultural moments, and convert them into best-in-class social concepts.\n\t• Presents a breadth of ideas in a clear and focused way that builds variety into our content calendar through always on, campaign, and reactive content.\n\t• Detail oriented, with the ability to quickly do research internally and externally to ensure product and brand accuracy.\n\t• Ability and interest in appearing as a supporting “cast member” on camera is a plus.
