Title: Phlebotomist I
Contract Duration: 6+ months.
Hrs/Wk: 40.00
Location: Southland Mall Dr, Hayward CA 94545
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
2 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: Monday-Friday 7am-1pm PST
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
State of Credentials Licenses Required: CA CPT
Shift/Time Zone: Monday-Friday 7am-1pm PST
