Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of permanent experience in the Emergency Room. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be in hand at the time of submission. Must-Have: - 12 months of permanent experience in Emergency Room. - Active required certifications in hand at the time of submission. - Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. This position requires a mid shift from 15:00 to 03:30. Candidates must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact license. AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required and should be active at the time of submission. TNCC certification is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of permanent experience in the Emergency Room specialty. Please ensure references are from assignments worked in the past 12 months and are from managerial or supervisory roles. All required certifications need to be active and in hand during submission. Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time. A negative drug screen is required within 12 months before starting the position. Candidates are exempt from nicotine-free requirements but should ensure compliance with all other policy requirements. BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. Extensions are possible up to 18 months, after which a break is necessary. Continuous contract nurses are required to complete annual hands-on competency requirements. Modules required for continuing education will be completed pre-start and will vary in hours depending on specialty.
