Conduct training sessions as needed and track participation. Regularly request feedback from trainees to ensure a high-quality experienceJob training with STD work description, SOP and WISafety training, STOP. FLRA and all others safety programsResolving any conflict immediately and assuring that behavior is in line with IKO values. Ask for help if neededEnsuring proper documentation and complete reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations, etc.)RequirementsPost-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or managementMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment, 3 of which must be in a supervisory roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environmentStrong interpersonal skills and leadership ability in order to successfully manage a diverse group of employeesExcellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement, demonstrated team building talentFlexible to work varying shift and daysExcellent time management, planning, and organizational skillsProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of Workday time and attendance system is an assetBenefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
