This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, managing personnel, supporting financial performance, driving process improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, patient-centered culture. The Clinic Manager serves as a key liaison between providers, staff, hospital departments, and external partners while ensuring efficient clinic operations and high levels of patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.
