Job Summary
In this position, you will need the ability to handle all types of customer inquiries in a professional manner while working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Responsible for answering phone/switchboard, taking messages as necessary.
- Assist with responding to customer-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in typing correspondence, faxing and copying.
- Input daily receipts for incoming raw materials in Excel and responsible for entering information into Oracle.
- Manage daily accounts receivable, to include applying payments and credits.
- Distribute all incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2-year prior office experience, to include ability to work in Microsoft Office/TEAMS
- Customer service background.

- Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
- Highly organized; superior time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent math skills.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
- Frequently lifts up to 10 lbs.
- Long periods spent sitting in front of computer.
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.
