Location: 400 S Woodsmill Rd, Ste 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, business hours 7am-8pm, M-F

Responsibilities

• Accountable for oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy consistent with professional, ethical, and legal standards of proper pharmacy practice
• Responsible for the registration of pharmacy staff involved in the pharmacy workflow including data entry, verification and dispensing of medications
• Responsible for meeting pharmacy throughput and quality targets. This includes auditing, accuracy verifications and assisting as needed in regulatory reviews
• Participate in and monitor quality improvement and assurance processes
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Work collaboratively with other Blink pharmacies/staff and the management team
• Partner with Blink's Training team to ensure appropriate training of Missouri Pharmacy Technicians and Trainees
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on state-specific regulatory changes
• Respond to requests from State Boards of Pharmacy or other regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted with the Board of Pharmacy
• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist-In-Charge (for external candidates)
• Must be willing and able to obtain additional Pharmacist licensure in other states as required
• Skillful communicator and demonstrated ability to connect with patients, colleagues, and management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
